D4 side needed for fngs and those recovering from injury or trying a new position

Not knowing much about the club at this point, I still agree with Spencer. I would like to see a D4 side where newer players can get meaningful matches, although I think that even friendlies would be "meaningful." I can also understand the difficulties that come with trying to field two whole sides year round.

I am pretty new to this club so take this for what it's worth. I think if you want any chance of a D3 championship or to be competitive in D2 you have to in the shorter term work towards fielding a D3 Side and a D4 side. Numbers and player development at all levels of the club will be what you need to be a D3 National Champion someday or competitive in D2.
