​At last night’s Executive Meeting, we discussed how the club will approach the Fall 2016 / Spring 2017 season. There is a concern that we are stretching ourselves thin by fielding competitive D3 and D4 sides. While the officers agree that the club must start recruiting efforts, we went back and forth about what to do for our next season so let us know what you think.

There are pros and cons to both options below. If we continue to field a D4 side, then the club is forced to recruit and players are guaranteed playing time. That being said, the club overall may be less successful since we are splitting our talent and if we fail to field a team, then we would be liable for cancelling a game. If we choose to withdraw from D4, then our 2nd XV would have scheduled friendlys, but there will be more competition for playing time and we may lose some players if they don't get enough time on the pitch.
