On Saturday, the 17th of May, the final days of bachelorhood for Jim Joseph begin.
Some men want strippers, other men want a drunken trip to some exotic location for one last fling…but not Jungle Jim.
He would rather spend one of his last remaining Saturdays in the woods, shooting at some of his best friends,
followed by a drink or two later in the evening at a local bar.
Ryan "Yorkie" Findley still needs bodies to help in his relocation efforts: "Hi Gents, Rebecca and I are planning on moving out of our house in Reston on Saturday,
May 17th about 10 miles up the road to Potomac Falls, near the Route 7 and 28 intersection and could use some bodies to help
us with the move. The normal incentives of beer, food and thanks are all included; additionally, for each person that shows
up for the day to help we will make a $100 donation to the club, up to $500. We have rented a Uhaul truck for the day and
have secured a flat bed truck as well. If you are interested in helping out please let us know so that we can plan
accordingly. We are starting in Reston between 9AM and 10AM Saturday morning going until everything is moved.
We would REALLY appreciate any help you can provide, even if for only part of the day.
Thanks and Cheers, Yorkie" If you can help, please contact Yorkie.

in Fairfax County. Supervisor Herrity and other members of the Board of Supervisors will present a proclamation from
the Board at the championship event.
“We should be proud that Rugby Virginia and their sponsor the Virginia National Guard have selected our county to
host the very first Rugby State Championship. It is a testament to the quality of the facilities and resources that
we have here, as well as the kind of organizations that we attract because of our commitment to our youth and youth sports,”
said Supervisor Pat Herrity.
“I played Rugby when I was in high school and I am pleased to see that the sport has grown so much that we now have an
official state championship and proud that Fairfax County is the site of the first championship,” added Herrity.
Both Western Suburbs U19 and West End (several of our Old Boys and current 'Burbers are alumni) have a good shot at the championship.

So as not to impede on Jungle Jim's Bachelor party we are going to start moving at 7:00AM this Satuday at our house
in Reston. Coffee, donuts, etc. to be supplied.
Truth be told we are planning on moving a lot of the boxes and some of the furniture Friday afternoon/evening
so if anyone is more available Friday evening please let me know.
I understand a lot of you will be going out to the paint ball field Saturday and need to be there by 12:30PM.
For many of you Reston is on the way and it would be a big help if you could stop by for even an hour or two before
you go out to the paint ball field to just help move a few of the larger furniture items onto the truck.
The address is 2408 Wanda Way Drive, Reston, VA 20191.
Give me a call if you have any questions or can pitch in.
Again, willing to make a donation to the club for your efforts.

Last Saturday night Suburbs played the New York Japan Rugby Club in Manhattan under the lights, in chilly rain at
Hudson River Park at Pier 40.
We traveled lightly - only 15 guys - but everyone gave their best effort and pushed through their pain, fatigue, and frustration.
The Japanese scored 5 unanswered tries but we didn't give up and came storming back with 3 tries of our own. Thanks to all
who made the effort to journey to New York and meet our team's commitment to this match. A blast was had by all - both
on the pitch and off - especially at the after-party where the beer kept flowing into the wee hours of the morning.
Cheers to our gracious hosts!

This past season F'fax Eagles and WSRFC developed a relationship that is best described as an unofficial,
somewhat loose affiliation that hopefully will be mutually beneficial as we try to run successful rugby clubs
both on and off the field. We have already benefited thru sponsor, player and field sharing.
The Eagles begin the League season this Sat with practice at 10 am at Cub Run school and the final regular season game
is Aug 2. A number of our players have expressed the intention to go out for the Eagles team.
Since this does not conflict with our 15's program, we encourage those who want to give it a try to follow thru and do it.
Let's help insure a successful first season for the Eagles! ps-Coach Kris says the jackknifes will pay off when
flailing around on the ground trying to get out of the tackle.

Hey fellas,
I've talked to some of you already and I'm sure some have heard through the grapevine, but I wanted to let everyone on
the team know that Sarah and I will be moving to Houston at the beginning of July this year.
The plan is to head out there for a year or so and then head back to this area. So I won't be gone long and I'll be
anxious to get back to you guys. I've had a great five years here with everyone and have made some great friends
and I hope you all will still be around when I get back. Trust me leaving Suburbs (no matter how short of time it will be)
was a hard decision, but sometimes things in life take you in another direction. Either way, this isn't a goodbye,
cause I'll be back in no time. But if anyone finds themselves in Houston you'll have a place to stay
(except for Blonde John...500 ft from Sarah at all times).
I'll still be out at practice and 7's like always for the next couple months, see I'll see you all then.
Thanks, KB

Two 90 year old men, Mike and Joe, have been friends all of their
lives. When it's clear that Joe is dying, Mike visits him every day.
One day Mike says, "Joe, we both loved rugby all our lives, and we
played rugby on Saturdays together for so many years. Please do me
one favour, when you get to Heaven, somehow you must let me know if
there's rugby there."
Joe looks up at Mike from his death bed," Mike, you've been my best
friend for many years. If it's at all possible, I'll do this favour for
you".
Shortly after that, Joe passes on.
At midnight a couple of nights later, Mike is awakened from a sound
sleep by a blinding flash of white light and a voice calling out to
him, "Mike--Mike."
"Who is it? asks Mike sitting up suddenly. "Who is it?"
"Mike--it's me, Joe."
"You're not Joe. Joe just died."
"I'm telling you, it's me, Joe," insists the voice.
"Joe! Where are you?"
"In heaven", replies Joe. "I have some really good news and a little
bad news."
"Tell me the good news first," says Mike.
"The good news," Joe says," is that there's rugby in heaven. Better
yet, all of our old friends who died before us are here, too. Better
than that, we're all young again. Better still, it's always spring
time and it never rains or snows. And best of all, we can play rugby
all we want, and we never get tired."
That's fantastic," says Mike. "It's beyond my wildest dreams! So
what's the bad news?
"You're in the team for Tuesday."

Listen to this old coot's story -- hilarious!

Well, it didn't exactly go like we hoped this past weekend against Old Gaelic, but oh well,
we lick our wounds and go on... We lost.
I'm not sure of the final score. It was within reach in the first half (I think it was 19-8).
We started off pretty strong to start the second half, but towards the end they scored a bunch of tries.

"We started the game in great fashion, with good play, support and defence.
Our handling was good and our concentration was good. When we made a mistake, we paid dearly for it.
Tackling is of the essence, when we miss a tackle, we commit another player to one person and so,
create a mismatch of numbers.
Kicking was not good, except for one good kick the rest was mediocre at best.
Our defence needs to be as sharp as it was in the first fifteen minutes, the whole game long.
Individually, some players made great defensive plays, but as a team we were lacking,
this however is an easy fix and we will work on it, Thursday.
Overall, we had a good game against a D1 team, we should take the positives and build on them
and take the negatives and fix them.
Coach Kris"
"Apologies to those who did not get playing time last nite. I was under
the impression we were playing more than 2 30 minute periods and had
requested B side time. Having said that, we are preparing for a playoff game so
we ask for understanding from everyone. Between the weather and the weak
Va Beach turnout, it has been a trying spring season with game time."

Well, I'm sure everyone is as sick of reading this week after week as much as I am of reporting it over and over again...
Anyway, our match for tomorrow, Saturday April 5 is -- brace yourself -- POSTPONED due to the heavy rains.
We can't seem to catch
a break from the weather gods... 2 rained out matches and the only match we have been able to play was against a half-team.
NOVA is still providing a keg at the Black Rooster Pub (1919 L St NW,Washington, DC 202-659-4431) on Saturday night.
They say there will be a keg at 7pm for any and all players that want to come downtown.
NOTE: We will play NOVA in a makeup match on Tuesday night at our practice pitch at Poplar Tree Park.
From Jon Carter: "We will need maximum turnout since we have our playoff game next Saturday.
Players should also make sure to get some fitness in on their own over the weekend."
This coming weekend Saturday, April 5 we play Northern Virginia Rugby Club.
There WILL be 2 FULL sides, A & B!
We will be playing again at 1 pm at Signal Hill Park in Manassas, VA.
All players need to be dressed and ready to play no later than noon!
You are eligible to play ONLY if you've been coming to practice, have paid your dues, and are CIPP compliant.
Don't forget your BLACK socks and BLACK shorts with requisite PBR logo!
NOVA is hosting the post-match party at the Black Rooster Pub (1919 L St NW,Washington, DC 202-659-4431).
They say there will be a keg at 7pm for any and all players that want to come downtown on a Sat nite.
That way the boys can then go out on the town all cleaned up and make a night of it.
As a team, we will likely retire to a local watering-hole near Manassas after the matches.
Here's some information about the coming playoffs next weekend on April 12. To see who is playing who in the Division III playoffs see schedule.
Player CIPPs: ALL players must be CIPPed. The old "his-form-is-in-the-mail" excuse will NOT work.
Anyone who is not on the USA CIPP list for our club is not eligible and cannot play. This is an absolute.
Our 1st round opponent is the EPRU #1 seed Old Gaelic.
On May 3, 2008, Suburbs will travel to Manhattan to play the New York Japan Rugby Club under the lights.
Please visit the NYJRFC website.
(You will need translation software or run it through the Google language tool.)
As a club, we have committed to going up there and need to finalize travel/hotel plans.
Who is planning on attending? We need to get a head count ASAP so we can figure out the hotel situation.
Please reply to the post on the Message Board under General Discussion "NYC Trip Only Six Weeks Away" and state:
a. If you are going or not
b. When you are planning on heading up to NYC
c. How you plan to get there (e.g., train, plane, car)
The sooner we can get a real headcount the quicker we can look into group travel and hotels. Also the host team is trying to plan the post-match party and they need a good estimate of numbers attending.
Below are three possible hotels. They are in the city and range from $350-380 a night. Four ppl per room comes to about $100/person. The game is at night so depending on the time you make it up there you can go sight seeing, grab a bite, etc. and still be close enough for a short cab ride to the pitch.

We finally got to play our first match of the season --- well sort of anyway...
Virginia Beach RFC tried to reschedule the match at the last minute because over half their team
had another commitment. Instead, they were convinced to show up with whatever numbers they could muster and ended up bringing about 8 guys.
We filled out their side with our players and ended up playing about 5 20-minute periods with liberal substitutions on both sides.

Anyway it was a good tune-up.
Now, onto this weekend. Saturday, April 5 we play Northern Virginia Rugby Club.

From Matt: "Jack and Luke arrived at 9:30 am last Thursday March 21. Jack weighed 5lbs 10oz and Luke weighed in at 6lbs10oz. We just got back from the hospital yesterday and babies as well as mom are doing well. I on the other hand am a wreck since Gabs is pretty well incapacitated from the C-Section. I am in charge of waste management for these two characters which is a real treat for the senses. It is pretty amazing what these guys can generate but I suppose I've seen worse playing rugby. See ya later and keep me posted on any upcoming SOB stuff."

These directions are a little easier to understand:
1. from Centreville, take Rt. 28 South to Rt. 29 North.
2. take a right on Pickwick Road (at O'Toole's Restaurant).
3. Go straight thru light over Braddock Road.
4. Continue thru a neighborhood -- you'll now be on Little Rocky Run Circle.
5. at stop sign go straight.
6. take immediate right into community center parking lot (or better yet, park
along the road).
7. follow pavement footpath at far end of parking lot thru woods until get to
New Braddock Road.
8. You want to walk across New Braddock Road (you can hear the traffic from the
rec center parking lot) and head to your right a little.
Look for a trail in the grass (NOT a pavement footpath) along the tree line that
leads to the pitch, which is located under those high power lines.
It's about a quarter-mile walk. The walk and playing Frogger with the traffic is
a part of the whole practice experience.
9. This is an HOA field and we need to respect the community.

We played 3 matches this past weekend on gorgeous pitches under very sunny skies and mid-80s temperatures. Suburbs first lost to Atlanta, then in the 2nd match overcame a 17 point deficit to smash past the "Heman Woman Haters Club", but unfortunately couldn't maintain the momentum on Sunday as we fell to the "Piglets" (Georgia alumni).
It may have been the over-exuberance and just a wee bit too much celebration of our victory on Saturday that led to the waning of our intensity of play on Sunday, but I personally will attest it to this...
A TORNADO touched down Saturday evening around 10 pm near downtown Savannah and Tybee Island!
The tornado knocked 13 power towers in the area down, which caused a power outage for many counties - including the Savannah downtown River Street area where there were multiple thousands of St. Patrick's revelers who in the middle of drinking were suddenly and without warning thrust into the midst of complete blackness.
The police arrived in force to usher the crowds out of the downtown River walk area and back to their hotels since no bars or restaurants had electricity to enable them to continue to be open for business on their busiest tourism day of the year.
We Suburbs guys though had chosen that Saturday night would be the night that we stayed near our beach house on Tybee Island. We went as a team to The Crab Shack and had an awesome seafood dinner and drinks. But then something happened that will be forever engrained in my mind.
Our plates had barely been cleared when suddenly the lights went out everywhere and one of the wait staff for the restaurant came in screaming that we all had to take cover immediately from an approaching tornado. They ushered us into their storage freezer as we waited for it to hit.
Luckily it didn't get to us and veered off instead to Hilton Head but good lordy that was a freaky scary moment. No wonder we didn't play as well the next day.

until he passed to God's hands.

Take 29 South all the way into Charlottesville until you see signs for Route 250 Bypass.
You will enter 250 on the right hand lane which right after KFC will be turn only lane.
Follow 250 for about 3-4 miles and get onto Interstate 64 East towards Richmond for only 1-2 exits and take exit 121 towards Scottsville which will be Route 20 South.
Once on route 20 south this will narrow to one lane each way and follow for about 7 miles and you will turn right onto Red Hill Road.
After turning onto Red Hill the school is on your immediate right and the pitch is off to the right.
Please let the guys know that we can’t have any alcohol or tobacco as it is a middle school and we could lose the pitch.
If you guys have any issues call me at 434-906-2571."

2. It is very important, that everybody CIPPs themselves and pay dues.
3. It is very important, that everybody buys BLACK SHORTS and BLACK SOCKS.
Please come out on Saturday, we are going to scrimmage and nobody's spot in the A side is booked.
This will be the first round of trials, PLEASE BE THERE.
Thank you,
Kris
The match will be the second in a rugby extravaganza pitting two MARFU playoff qualifying teams - Virginia RFC of the VRU and Western Suburbs RFC of the PRU - against each other. The order of play will be Club A-side, followed by Old Boys, then Club B-side.
Everyone who makes the trip WILL PLAY. There will be ample opportunities in the Old Boys match, and there may be additional opportunity at some positions to get some time for the Club Bs.
Again, EVERYONE WILL PLAY - it will be Old Boys' rules: short periods with liberal substitutions.
Let's get this thing going!!!
Everyone is invited to get a run in and support Coach Swart (one of our own WSRFCOBs) and the club in its practice session this last Saturday before the season at 1000 at Panzer Pitch in Centreville, and Tuesday and Thursday nights throughout the season at Poplar Tree Part (a lighted, turf field off of Stringfellow Road). Fitness and fundamentals are being stressed as we prepare ourselves and the club sides for a successful spring.
Watch the message board for events, times, and directions. See you on the pitch!

Practice for the Spring 2008 15s season is underway.
The first practice was very good with good numbers.
Practice sessions are on a lighted turf field at "Poplar Tree Park" on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-9:00 PM,
and at "The Panzer Pitch" on Saturdays from 10 am - noon.
Directions to "Poplar Tree Park":
THEREFORE, COACH KRIS HAS CANCELED SATURDAY'S PRACTICE.
The Buffalo Wings House in Herndon (13005 Worldgate) is showing
Six Nations Rugby via Setanta sports channel.
FYI - Buffalo Wing House will NOT be showing the matches LIVE...
The Wing House will be showing the games, just not live. The bar has regular Setanta, not the Setanta premium.
The games won't be tape-delay broadcast until 8pm (Wales vs. Italy) and 11pm (Scotland vs. Ireland), with the England vs. France game on Sunday night at 7pm.
Jon Carter reports that if we need another venue O'Connels on King St. in Old Town Alexandria is showing them LIVE and doing $4 - 20 oz Guinness...it is $20 for all 3 matches...
Summers restaurant in Arlington, one block from the Courthouse metro stop. $20 for all 3 games - live.
Also, the Shebeen in Fairfax will probably have all the games live for $20.
Here is the LIVE schedule for Sat.
Wales v. Italy @ 10:00am
Scotland v. Ireland @ 12:00pm
France v. England @ 3:00pm
We need volunteers to help pick it up and load into Bushy's truck. It takes a minimum of 3 people to lift it. We would like to move the sled on a practice night so that we can go to Poplar Tree Park and have plenty of help to move it there.
It looks to be in relatively good condition and not in need of immediate repair.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: Who has combo for lock?
Contact Bushy if you have the lock combo or if you can help with this task.
***NOTE TUES/THURS TIME CHANGE TO EARLIER START OF 7 PM!***
Reminder: we are on a turf field and that studs are not the best choice.
Whoever has any team equipment (tackle bags, balls, cones, etc.) please bring those items to practice.
4718 Stringfellow Rd. Chantilly, Virginia, 22021
From the Beltway:
Exit 9A or 9C (Route 66 West) to Fairfax County Parkway exit.
Left on Fair Lakes Parkway,
Right on Stringfellow Road,
Then immediate left into park.
From Fairfax:
Take 50 West toward Chantilly.
Turn left onto Stringfellow Road.
Go past Chantilly High School and Rocky Run School.
Poplar Tree Park is on your right side.
Follow the paved walking path, next to the restrooms back to the field.
Practice time is slated for 7:00-9:00pm.
In case of inclement weather, be sure to check the status of the Poplar Tree Park fields by calling the Fairfax County Parks status line *after 3 pm* at 703-324-5264 for updates. (We are on Poplar Tree field #2.)

Directions to the "Panzer Pitch":
The map below describes a soccer-sized field near Fred J. Panzer's house.

At Saturday's practice, KRIS SWART was voted into office as THE NEW HEAD COACH!
From Kris about the 1st practice session:
"Thank you to everybody who made a special effort, to come to practice and be on time.
We had a very good run, some warmups, some fitness and some basic skill drills. This will help us to get where we want to be, as far as winning championships.
I really appreciate everybody's efforts and discipline; it is an indication of commitment to the club, fellow players and yourself.
I want to welcome all the new players, and hope you will enjoy yourself as part of WSRFC.
Please invite all your friends who didn't make it on Saturday, the more the merrier. We will keep on with the same kind of practice, with special attention to warmups - we already lost 2 very valuable players, before the season started.
On that note, we all hope you have good and fast recoveries, John and Dave.
Let's make these next few weeks before the playoffs some really good weeks to give ourselves the best chance.
Rugby greetings,
Kris"
If you have any questions for Kris, contact him.
Club Dues and CIPP Requirements:
As was requested at practice, please logon to
USA RUGBY's website and CIPP yourself.
Please register as a PLAYER affiliated with Western Suburbs Rugby Football Club (Club).
You will be required to read a waiver and pay $23.33 to register.
Please print, sign and deliver both the signed waiver AND a copy of your CIPP registration to one of the club administrators (Bushy or Elvis).
Treasurer Ryan Findley will be collecting dues at practices on Thursday and Saturday.
You can also pay dues via Paypal. WSRFC PayPal address for dues: dues@rugbyfootball.com
(Dues are $120 total, $23.33 of which is CIPP, $96.67 is Club Dues remainder after paying for CIPP).
Full dues deadline is Tuesday before the first regular game.
We still have a few people who owe for the Fall.
Dues status WILL affect eligibility for selection. This is a CIPP season and we will not CIPP anyone without dues payment.
We have been burned on this before and you cannot play without being CIPPed.
If you are a NEW PLAYER to WESTERN SUBURBS RFC, please email your contact info
(name, email address, phone #s, home address) to Elvis.
If you played last Fall for another club, also let Elvis know if you were CIPPed to that club.
We need to establish who is eligible to play for us in the playoffs and/or who we can submit waivers for.
“Was it over when the Germans Bombed Pearl Harbor?”
Well no.
2 years back, we (Western Suburbs) had the honor of hosting the New York Japan Rugby Club. This was 100% in thanks to Dr. Fred Panzer, who had an old friend who plays for this club. For those who where not there, on April 26, 2006, Doc’s friend organized a road trip for his club and, to the shock and horror or Steve’s neighbors, Lough Field saw the first New York-based tour bus pull up. Loaded with arms full of Sake, Lovettsville saw a team of Japanese Rugby players and families enjoy a day of international rugby, Suburbs Style.
Well it is now our turn to return the honor. On May 3, 2008, Suburbs has a “Once in a Lifetime” opportunity. The New York Japan Rugby Club has invited Western Suburbs to play in Manhattan under the lights.
So please make sure you schedules are clear for this evening and plan on spending the evening in North Manhattan on the Columbia University Campus playing rugby. This is for your families as well.
Please visit the NYJRFC website.
You will need translation software or run it through the Google language tool.
Reminder from El Presidente Bushy:
Now is the time to start the push for everyone to have complete uniform kit, that
is solid BLACK shorts and BLACK socks!
Old Boys Update:
From O'D:
"Gentlemen:
The club side initiated its practices in earnest this past weekend under the direction of one of our own, Kris Swart. The training regimen focuses appropriately on fundamentals and fitness and you can guarantee a good workout if you can join in the fun. I would like to remind you that any engagement with the club side is welcomed and encouraged by all - increased numbers afford better drilling opportunities and helps with the training of new players. Further, any additional fitness and familiarity we gain will surely benefit the SOBs on the pitch this season. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Chantilly on a lit turf field. Please come out and join the club for a run whenever you can. Saturday practice is in Centreville at the Panzer Pitch.
Schedules:
We still have a tentative date for the road trip to Charlottesville on 3/8 concurrent with the club side's season opener. I received a number of responses indicating an interest in this match, and would like to firm up our expectations of each other before further pressing our welcome on the opposition. Please respond/reiterate your interest/availability in participating in this date's event. I do not know the order of play for the day, but the club side is the visitors in this event, so we will leave scheduling up to our hosts - the Virginia club has expressed some enthusiasm in making it a full rugby extravaganza, and I am looking forward to a good day.
The combined club and old boys sides will be making their annual pilgrimage to the Old South and entering the Savannah St. Patrick's day tournament. Accommodation may be difficult, but where there's a swill there's a sway - check the message board for additional details.
We have received an invitation to play in Norfolk on April 26th for the 30th Anniversary of their club. Norfolk is a bit of a road trip, but it promises to be a good match up if we choose to accept. Please respond with your availability and interest in this event, as well.
We will also have additional matches locally, including a potential mini-tournament the first weekend in May (Sunday the 4th) with the Geese and the 'troons. We will also have a separate match against the Geese, and I am hopeful that West Pot and the 'troons will be fielding sides that we can schedule individually, as well.
I will be in Fort Lauderdale this weekend playing in their 32nd annual Ruggerfest with the Geese 45s - if you know anyone in the area have them look us up, as I'm sure we'll be looking to take all comers. If anyone locally is interested in a last minute road trip, I'm sure we can try to assist with coordinating your stay. Please advise.
I look forward to seeing everyone on the pitch!"
O'D
Thursday night Happy Hour social at Buffalo Wings House in Herndon (13005 Worldgate).
The Wings House has pledged a sponsorship of the club, and we should make an
appearance whenever possible.
Cheap beer ($1 domestic bottles) and boneless wings.
Hope to see you all there!
Looking for an exceptional value for an exceptionally cold mug of brew?
Then look no further!! Buy an official WSRFC beer glass ($5 each, 6 for $25) for your cold brew.
A set of 6 will be a fine addition to your bar or entertainment activities.
These will sell fast, so get yours while supplies last.
Also, we've reduced the price on "Black Pack" t-shirts to $10 a piece for club members. They are great for post match drink-ups and whatever. We still have most Men's and Ladies sizes in stock.
Contact Guinness-Powered Bryan for more info
SOB's!!! The Old Boys are ordering a set of jerseys for the spring '08 season.
They will be black/white Adidas hoops. I suspect the club insignia will include Old Boys
in it, and we will have a sponsor insignia under the numbers in the back and
likely one on each sleeve (not billboard-sized insignia, but respectful of our
generous sponsors).
Anyone interested in purchasing a jersey of their own is welcome to add to our order.
The jerseys, fully customized will likely fall in the $50 range.
Please see the size chart and photo of the proposed kit, and forward size and number
specifications at your earliest convenience.
We are looking to order the kit sometime in the VERY near future (next week)
in order that we can have them for the start of the season.
Please contact O.D.

Dues-paid members will be voting after practice on Saturday to ratify Kris as Coach.
The practice and game plan will be developed by the field officers with coaches' input.
We are asking that all players show respect to whoever runs practice and to conform to the practice plan of the day.
If you have any questions for Kris, contact him.
Everyone seemed to have a good time ... at least I think I remember having fun ... maybe a little too much. :)
And, most importantly, retiring Coach Jim Borell was presented with the "Greg Gregory" award for his
many, many years of service as player, coach, and consultant and just all around nice guy.
Congrats, Jim! Thanks for your time and efforts and for putting up with us for all these years.
