Mother Nature softened up the fields for us so let's get out there and get our last practice in before we face our competition on Saturday.

As you know, we like to welcome our new players to the club on Fridays. Well, our Secretary was out sick for couple of days this week and didn't have an opportunity to get to know our new Western Suburbs ruggers so stay tuned for next week's Fresh Fish Friday. #fff

On Thursday, August 27, Western Suburbs assembled to select their Field Officers for the coming year. The Field Officers are responsible for directing our gameplay, making selections, guiding practice, etc. Jeff "Stax" Carrington was reelected as Head Coach. Bryan "Snooki" Dyer was elected as Assistant Coach. Tim Bultemeier was elected as Captain. Erich Weiss was elected as Selector.

Western Suburbs would like to thank those that served for 2014-2015. Thank you to Stax, John "OD" O'Donnell, Rob Ware, and Patrick "Turtle" Robinson for your efforts on and off the field to improve Western Suburbs.
